1. Get a UPC code and Manufacture Code (really easy to find online)

2. Go the the Frito-Lay support website. Support Website

3. Press E-Mail Us

4. Press Concern or Issue

5. For specific product, press yes.

6. Fill in all the details (a drop is not needed unless you do this multiple times)

7. Fill in the product information

8. Put in fake details for the store of purchase and put a random date that is in the future.

9. In your message, put something that sounds like "I recently purchased a bag of Ruffles (desired flavour) and they tasted very different. There was absolutely no seasoning on it and I had a terrible experience".
