Has Chris Hemsworth renewed his contract with Marvel, and if so, why haven't the other original Avengers actors?

Chris Hemsworth has not yet renewed his contract with Marvel but he did say in an interview recently that he will play the character as long as marvel will let him. Regarding others I know that evans contract has finished do not know about the rest. Downey is done I think.
