I've used Firefox for years but lately there are a lot of websites that won't open in Firefox (unable to load messages) but they WILL open in Chrome, not sure whats going on.

Opera GX.
For the longest time I thought it was so stupid cuz it's a "gaming browser". Thought that was some dumb nerd shit, but it's actually not bad, I love the ui. It's super easy to navigate because everything is right there. I would give it a shot if you hadnt.

Compatibility, Chrome all the way. Privacy, Firefox. I would still say firefox though.

You should take a look at Brave Browser.

Chrome will hog your memory until there's none left for anything... I don't know why I still use chrome.

For me is firefox, it doesn't eat up my pc's resources and I can have 20 tabs open without the pc yelling for help

I am happy with Chrome, but must admit that I haven't tried Firefox thoroughly. I do not mind high memory usage as long as it is performant.

Its depends on you if you're on mobile then i won't suggest chrome because it doesn't support addon so your phone may get virus from chrome bad ads. Firefox good choice because it support addons

if you're on PC/Laptop uses depends on you if you're web developer then don't use Firefox because when i was working on Code Sandbox Firefox was using high ram so my mostly ram was used by firefox because of that my system was getting slower and frozen so no good experience.

I faced Chrome virus on Windows after that never installed it

Microsoft Edge used chrome so can use both Microsoft or Chrome Store :D
if you want to install Microsoft Edge then you need free disk space above 1Gb otherwise it will cry no disk space even installation size is 500mb or less

For me Chrome is the winner because I like the UI design personally!
