Cinema 4D or Blender?

i personal;ly use c4d butheart nothing but good things with blender

i prefer blender, personally. it seems to fit my workflow more

personally I've been using c4d for a long time now. lots of helpful material is available and is just generally more easy to use than something like blender.

Cinema 4d is good but costs, Blender is free and is getting better and better by the day. I think both are great for different things. You can use Python scripting in both of them.

I prefer C4D with octane by far way easier workflow for me

C4D is pretty rad, but it's not as good as you might want it to be unless you also use Octane. Blender can be pretty badass standalone without any additional addons, and it's free! My vote goes to blender.
