No framework is dead if you want to develop in it, although many people seem to just be making darkrp edits instead of actuay using cw for it's full capabalities. It's much easier and cheaper to just use darkrp in the longrun. So, maybe the servers on the framework are dead. The framework is still very open to use.
There are a lot of new servers producing some of the best plugins and new content. Soon Clockwork will be open source for everyone to use. No longer have to buy gamemodes.
