Yes it is and so newcomers are not allowed to share? I updated the post with a virus scan.

lets not turn this in to an argument, the amount of spam that goes round the net you cannot blame a guy for being carefull, thanks for the virustotal, good share

Just a few questions before I download it, if I want to File Share, will my friend who also wants to file share need this program?

it is web based, so you upload it to server, then you will have a site like mega, 4shared etc but you own the site.
