for those who have problems enable from\ilovemangaoverload CMS v1.7.1\ilovemangaoverload-cms\app\config\local\app.config 'debug' => true(it will tell you what folders/files need to change permissions), and then use site.com/INDEX.PHP as default page also in admin page(site.com/index.php/system-admin)(play with .htaccess for this)
