Coffeee or Tea?

Both, but coffee is preferred as it gives me the perfect boost to start the day.

I'm a gym addict, so coffee in the morning takes me a long way. Even in the evening , a small coffee its OK-ish.
When I'm not working or going to the gym, I preffer some matcha tea for relaxation and it's a good antioxidant.

Tea, with like a million spoons of sugar, and milk.
