Console Flooder

This is a small console flooder written in Ruby. It exploits an oversight in the design of Votifier. When a client connects to the Votifier port, the plugin attempts to decrypt any data written to it. When junk is written to it, an error is thrown to the console because it cannot decrypt that junk data. I've included a Ruby script which exploits this.
