Could someone do a small favor for me please?

Sadly, I deleted photoshop, so I can't even edit images at this moment, that's the reason because I'm looking for someone who could do a little edit on them

What I'd like to do, is to use this image http://chocookiepkmn.deviantart.com/art/...99513&qo=0 on a 400x200px one transparent (obviously without the watermark)

And this one as well http://anime-renders.deviantart.com/art/...-535309394

So pretty much, is just create a new file 400x200px and put one image there, and then repeat.
