Credits Betting?

So I just wanna make sure I'm seeing it correctly or doing it right. I attempted to bet credits, but the dice game isn't working or something.
I noticed rock-paper-scissors is for upgraded members only.

So, for me being non-upgraded; I can't do any kind of betting at all right?

Sorry for dissapointing you, but the dice game will only be available for upgraded members too, if we're actually going to implement it.
I'm not sure if I should discontinue the project.
