Crystal AntiCheat for FiveM- NEW NAME - UltraShield

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give out this for anyone who wanted an "anti cheat" for fiveM
but there are some problems you'll have to deal with or work around on your own

the anti cheat works around a licensing with an ip and how long you have bought a key for, but I'm pretty sure that some people can "decode" or "decrypter" the anti cheat and get it to work

Note I can't help with the setup or nor do I want to seem like I'm advertising the cheat and telling you to go buy it i want to make that crystal clear
just want to give the code that is in the file so you or a friend that knows how to decrypter the code can do what ever you want with it

I also get it if some are afraid of clicking links / download stuff so i did a quick virustotal scan and here's what it found
