Just watch a Tutorial of Zadey he explained how "pasting" works and if it's worth it. I did that too and I'm still undetected for many days. The Advantage when making yourself a "paste" is that the detection rate is pretty low since you are (hopefully) the only person that uses this cheat and no other people you don't know.

I've used it on two accounts, and neither were VACed, although one was banned by Overwatch because I cheated blatantly. With any hack, it's important not to overuse it, because if you receive a certain number of complaints within 24 hours, your case will be forwarded to Overwatch, and your chances of getting banned are much higher.
