No.. it functioned fine in 2011 when 1 BTC was worth $1, its meteoric rise to $31, its subsequent crash back down to $2... then a couple years later, its rise from $13 to $266, its drop back down to $70... then in Nov 2013 its rise from $350 to $1242, then its downward fall to $200 over the next couple years...

Depends on demand really, if people will buy it , it will rise if people will sell it will drop, depends on how much it will be advertised. In my opinion, its a scheme
