at least, what you can do, is change the addon.txt to 2.6.3 and you wouldn't be lying. the dl isn't 2.6.3 like it says in the post. it's 2.6.1

Description:
This addon features a new way for criminals to mess around with the police team. It's Robbers vs Cops all over again, and your criminals must try to avoid getting killed by the police when robbing the bank.

• Rob-able bank vault.

• Over 20 core settings for you to configure.
  
• Over 45 design settings for the bank vault for you to configure.
  
• You can be 3 robbers at the same time.
  
• Command to permanently save bank vault and it saves by map.
