Shadow ban is good for rising your player-count and attracting more players

The addons all depend on what type of gamemode you are trying to run.

Just look in any of the Leak sections of this forums and you can probably DL almost any and have "good" addons

Fading Door Tool, Keypad w/ keypad cracker, Precision Tool, Stacker Tool and SmartSnap are the most important to have a DarkRP Server
