Is there a Place you can get/buy a full Ready pack of a DarkRP server files whit addons job set and all that just ready to setup ?

Follow this guide https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Workshop...ed_Servers and use the credentials following 'id=' in the url above.
Add in '+gamemode darkrp' in your startup bat file, and you should be good to go. DarkRP already includes a handful of jobs from the get-go, if that's what you mean.
Getting addons is just about the as installing DarkRP, excluding the +gamemode part.

DUDE , It is fucking easy to setup a darkrp server. If you want addons that cost money but ur broke then welcome to NulledBB.
