[DarkRP] Server addons ideas

I recently bought a gmod server and am planning to make it a DarkRP server. I have some ideas of what kind of addons to get like VCMod, EZGovernment, Opium Factory etc. I want addons where it only contributes to the roleplaying experience and makes jobs more realistic like bitminers, oil mod.

I have already have a list of some of the addons i'm thinking about using

You should get things for the Cops and SWAT. Flash bangs and Smoke Grenades are good! Also you might want a custom Battering Ram rather than hitting a door once and it will open.
