DarkRP how to REMOVE of all the meth npcs

Okay so i have recently added the Enhanced Meth Labwhich brings meth and all the equipment into the game but the only problem is that the Meth Addict npcs keep spawning in specific places everytime i restart my server.. Does anyone know how to remove them from the server? Is there any command that will let me remove the npcs? PLEASE HELP ME!

check the config for set spawned positions and that will probably help you

Yeah that has worked, do you know how i can also make players drop a percentage and not an amount on death?
