This is what a good DARKRP server wants:
not too much pay to win.
Longer jail times
fine system
VCMOD
inventory
great printers
good economy
nice staff

For a new server I would rec these addons/scripts

Blogs
Admin popups
Blues atm
CSS weapons (my preferred)
Lithum printers



Some are spelled wrong sorry.

From primordial I would say a good staff and listening. Subsequently, addons that others do not have and a system of different rules and a RP more because most stop at basic.

I say for a good server just always do what the community ask unless its a whole lotta crap
