Cryo loading screen is dope, can display top 3 money leader board for only 1,99$

Crystal Load is very nice, you can easily customize images.

Striper Loading is a good loading screen for garrys mod, it's pretty clean and simplistic.

I usually just use some kind of forum or classic google sites, anything that uses HTML can be used for a loading screen. It also depends on the gamemode you intend to use though. For DarkRP, this would be useful for showing recent updates and news for people joining.

i would say crystal load aswell, its a very nice loading screen

I just use the TCB loading screen. It is easy and free, good too.

Using consumer loading screens makes your server look shit and amateur, giving the impression you just drag and drop everything on the server like every other one. I would recommend you make one yourself, with no music in the background of course
However if you are one of the people that will use a public loading screen, Sigma Loading Screen and MateMac Loading Screen are really nice.
