A murderer is punishable by him even if he is sentenced to life imprisonment. The killer is very simple for him to kill. I think the killer should put people in solitary confinement and eat only once in 24 hours. This is good for them. But if we think humanly, the judicial process must work very well. It is necessary to explain very clearly why he did this and why he killed him.

There was a child murdered in my hometown when i was a teenager, and i remember screaming blood, wanting a death penalty for justice. Ever since then i wish we still had the death penalty in Australia for these types of crimes - especially in this case it was the mother and partner who were convicted

You take another person's life, you deserve to have your life taken away.

That's the way it must be. Being clothed, fed, having hygienic facilities, excersize facilities, etc, is too much of a luxury.

Eh, I mean sometimes I do believe in the Death Penalty sometimes I don't. It's more of a bias situation for me, if it's a famous person that I do enjoy listen to their music or just about their life in general, I'll most certainly say, "No that's not right, no one deserves to die". If it's like Hitler or someone who did something really cruel and I barely have any sympathy for him, it doesn't bother me.

Personally I think victims family will ask to take away killers life. Although I m aginst that but I can understand how someone feels if his relative, friend has been killed!

On the other hand, I dont know if killing punishment stopped crime or reduced it! Some statistics show something else!

Of course. Victim's family will definitely be asked first. But justice must be served. Death as a punishmentis fair for murderers, bias andfeelings aside. I believe if the murderer intended to kill the victim, he/she should be put to death.Yeah there's mental illnesses too, and other factors could be at playand whatnot, but that is verifiable. Like I said before, prison is too much of a luxury. Hell, even death is too much of a luxury. If victim suffered, he/she should suffer too. It's only logically fair.

If anything, the murderer would think twice about killing in a state where the death penalty is in place.

Most definitely. I don't particularly agree that it should be painless or quick either. Personally I say let the family of the victim have a go at them, but that's just me.

On the topic of it being cheaper to house an inmate, in the US a single prison meal can range from .15-.40. So if we go off of that:
.15 * 356 = $53.4 a year if they're fed once a day. The "recommendation" amount of meals for a prisoner is 3 meals a day, so let's do: $53.4 * 3 = $160.2 a year. That's just for food. Now, there's already been studies on this, and it costs an average of more than $31,000 per inmate, per year, according to the Vera Institute of Justice.

We try to take care of prisoners even when they're dying for some odd fucking reason. The Death Penalty is upwards of a few hundred thousand to a million, but in actuality it should be somewhere around $100 at most. They're dying for their crimes, a case of bullets isn't that much, neither is a gun. No one wants death on their hands anymore.

Destruction causes destruction. You basically kill a killer to teach people not to kill. I mean what is this shit?

?? ?
