Denied Buggy previewer

I have seen these things pop up a lot of times,so I took the time to report them.

Basically,the faint image does not match the last poster nor the activity.(FYI,the user in the image was banned)

This usually happens when someone posts a thread or replies to a thread that you can't see, or in a section that you can't access.
This is why you'll see a mismatch in the last user who posted in that section and their profile picture, especially in the Support section and its subsections.
The reason why their profile pic showed up might be because they posted an appeal in the appeal section, but because you can't see it, it won't reflect in the "Last post" column, but the image will still show up.

Sui is right the avatar that shows there is from a user posting in a thread in a section that is hidden/thread can only be viewed by the creator (Ask Staff). The avatar is technically right to the last poster as a whole but not as last poster publicly. We won't really fix this issue in v3 as it has been solved in the v4 update. Going to close this on the basis of fixed in v4.
