Id there is an easy fix to somthing that is abusable then why not fix it?

Id you find a vulrability in your server that no one has seen do you just leave it be or do you fix it to prevent the possiblilty of problems in the future?

You still dont prove my point wrong just reling with the same answer that is irrelavant to the current problem.

This is a fix to a small problem so i suggested it as soon as i have a fix for the bigger problem ill suggest that too. Your point is there is bigger problems else where so we shouldnt fix this one.

Instead of argueing against a logical fix why dont you spend your time for a solution to leeching in other sections?

Well it's just a few post counts that will be obtained plus if you're trying to target LQ apps then that won't help since they choose to be a troll and write a LQ app so it not like they'll care if their post suddenly isn't worth a post count. I would've agreed if it was credits not counting in the group recruitment section since there no point in getting credit for applying to a group.

Also, another thing what I don't understand is why you care about what happens in a group recruitment section. If someone makes a LQ app they'll most likely get blacklisted from the group. If someone spamming then simply report, there a reason staff is here.

If you didnt know decreasing the amount of work staff has to do even by a little is always good. They are stacked up as it is and if we can make some improvement then why wouldnt we. Its a small problem but it has a fix and the fix doesnt cause drastic losses.

How dumb are you? Do you not read what i type at all i have stated repeately that im not targeting low quality applications yet you still go on about low quality applications. I dont care if they are posted i just care if they increase their post count for posting low quality spammy applications.

Tbh if admin were to remove gaining post counts and credit from group recruitmentsection it'd help a little not a lot because at the end of the day people who are posting LQ post in apps are usually people who like to troll and see other tilt and get salty so they'd continue to do the same thing they do until a temp bans comes in. Also, there are some people who post LQ apps without even realizing(yes there are retards like this). But at the end of the day I rather staff work on other parts of the forums then something small as this.

There's no valid reason to do this. If you encounter low quality posts or spam, report them, simple as that.
Suggesting something that saves staff time is not needed. If staff doesn't have enough time to moderate the site, we'd have hired more staff members or changed a few things around.
