Denied Reward for Reporting

You should add a reward for reporting people, it would take away credits for a false report and reward users if theirreports have been deemed helpfulbythe moderators. It's like a bug bounty but for leechersand spammers. I'm not talking anything huge though, maybe like +1 credit and -2 credits for a false report.

1. Extra work that isn't needed.
2. This would be like someone paying for you to clean your own room. Do you want to live in this mess?
3. We have an award for people who reach 500 reports.
