Hello again,

It would be nice to add date of reputation beside since it will give impression about positive or negative reputation time. Besides, if someone modified it there should be a message showing that e.g (Modified - [mm/dd/year]).

Example:

It might just be me personally but I don't really see the need for this. If a user updates the reputation why would you need to know the date?
You get a notification if a user changes their rep anyways. In addition, if they change it from say Positive to Negative, you can filter.
Please read the award requirements here before applying for them.

I feel like it would be a nice addition. Just for the extra information. It's nothing game changing, but it shouldn't take 2 years to implement (unlike v3 owo)

Adding date for reputations is very important. As I understand reputations give member kind of trust. When user has 200 rep it means memers like him and take his threads seriously. Changing reputations two times in a short period may show personal problem between them not necessary a real assessment.

I still don't see the importance of this.
Reputation should also not be seen as a factor of trust, that's just and interpretation. The only thing that I'd consider a trust factor are vouches.

Right but here is the issue I see, what if I'm a Prime member and I gave you rep (+2) and now I'm Divine so I want to update my rep to give you more points (+4). Does that mean that we had an issue? No, it means I wanted to give you more rep or maybe wanted to change my comment. So really I don't see how this could make any difference and has no relation to being trusted as you say. I can only see an issue of trust if it were deal related, in which case the user should check neg and neutral rep, vouches, and search the scam reports section. So again I personally don't see a need for this besides human curiosity.

Not all members have the ability to give services or selling something. Many trying to enjoy and share their experience in some fields ?

Yes, youre right about positive rep but what about giving negative after three hours of positive one?

Well, it would overwrite the positive one anyway. I think really what you want is a reputation history for a user where you can see their edit history. Showing an edit date doesn't show anything. Could have changed from neg to positive, could have changed from +2 to +4 or just a comment. So logically the only way to determine rep is to add a history button next to rep as opposed to a modified date? However, again people change rep for their own reasons. Those reasons they may not want to share. Like, say we're friends IRL and your name is Scott. You sign up and I leave you a rep saying "Welcome Scott you'll love it here". Down the line, you might want me to change this since it has your personal data in it. So that would be why it would be modified, So no history should be kept of that.

That makes sense ? I think I wanna change my mind after this.
