Wallpaper: Womeone workshop from steam (Wallpaper engine)
Dock+icons: Nexus dock with icons that i bought from a dude in Deviantart (CleytonPR ~his nickname)
VisualStyle: not released yet, but can't see on the gif.
alt+space menu: UELI (you can use Cerebro APP too)

Depends on wich dock you're using.
if taht's Nexus or Stardock just check hide taskbar on General options
bytheway, i don't have taskbar at all, i'm using BBZero as replacement shell

Your rice looks, great but not my taste, a little too edgy for me. I am more into elegant and cute stuff. Different tastes bro.
Also, those moving things, you must have a good computer to run that with some other heavy shit, that rice is not much performance friendly
