Did Apex kill fortnite?

Well, I wish it did. But sadly, there is still a ton of fortnite players . I don't see why people still like the game so much tbh.

I think apex will get a lot of people from fortnite community that get bored of cartoony graphics and toxic kid community.
I never liked that building type gameplay in a shooter game at all, thats why I never played fortnite.
I actually like cartoony graphics as I'm a fan of world of warcraft. But again for medival or fantasy mmorpg cartoony is ok but for a shooter battle royale I dont know it doesnt feel right.
I think Apex Legends will dominate battle royale genre in a very short time. It is obvious because the game is out for like 2 months or so and already have a great player base.

Maybe it wont kill fortnite but will be a strong rival.

Apex Legends really killed it when it first came out, I feel it did because the fortnite makers lacked in so much content and kept dropping endless battlepasses that were awful, even when it comes to building in fortnite it ruins the feel of what battle royale is post to be. Now fortnite is copying apex because that's how bad it is.

God... I can't stand fortnite... the culture its created and the general cringe it produces. I did love seeing ninja trying to get everyone to floss on new years tho and look completely stupid when no one did it haha

Apex didnt even move Fornite. Apex actually killed PUBG. I read article somewhere that actually FIFA is bigger rival for Fortnite in terms of financial stuff than all the other games

I mean hard to say if Apex killed Fortnite because I think that the reason why people play fortunejust from what I'm seeing with my friends is that they can actually run the damn game. In the future, though I do see Apex taking over but in my opinionuntil people with low-end hardware can run it then, Fortnite will still be the top.
