Yes theres this anime video they have a dog and if got ran over by a car and died and the family was going through a bad time.

Yep, it is. Angel Beats, last episode. One Piece, when ACE died. SAO, when i re-watch it third times(lol). Naruto, of course.

"Your name". I cried when Taki try to find and know Mitshuha was dead.

Kimi no na wa or Your name definitely made me tear up a bit and not a lot of animes make me cry, 100% recommend it.

Yeah, I cried while watching Golden Time, I don't remember which episode.
Also, I've cried at Guilty Crown's ending, it was pretty sad.

I know that's ridiculous, but I somehow cried with the ending of Suzumya Haruhi no Yuuutsu when I saw Suzumya desperate for that guy (Forgot his name).
