Everytime.
Cheating in games extends the game's replayability.

After I beat a game, I try to develop my own exploits and cheats. Its always a cool challange, with great results.
Being able to see how the game's code was thought out, and how to break it is really enjoyable.

Hacking in games only turned into a taboo recently, back in the day games came with their own cheat codes. Thats the reason games like GTA San Andreas are so enjoyable.

All the time. Sometimes, I just don't have time to put into trying to get past a hard boss or something, so I'll run a cheat. no big deal and then I can move on.

I remember playing Age of Empire in school and constantly spawning big daddys if I was losing badly to my friends.

Don't see the point of cheating if it's an online game. However if you're playing a single player game, cheating can be fun way to play your game.
