Disable remote URL actions 1.0.2

This plugin gives the ability to

• Disable uploading of avatars from remote URL
  
• Disable inserting images into posts from remote URL
  

This is particularly useful if you want to keep your server IP anonymous from potential DDoS attacks, or you just don't want to give users the ability to fetch remote files.

wish this existed for 3.4 man :((
