Discord or TS3

Teamspeak 3 is way better for gaming communities in general; way more customisable.
For playing with mates, I'd choose discord personally due to the bots feature.

Discord. My guild uses it, it's free, great service. Getting better everyday. Once nesting is in I think Discord will 100% be the go to voice chat program.

Discord. Any dumb ass still using TS3 can go sleep in there cave.

Discord all the way, offers free servers. Plus more and more people are joining the discord community everyday. There's IP protection, DDoS protection, browser support, an in-game overlay, it's low latency, houses custom hot keys, smart push notifications, permissions, multiple channels, and individual volume control. There is probably more that I'm missing but as you can see it's basically skype and discord combined.

I feel like Discord has a much better voice quality and is more convenient with adding friends, joining servers, and it just looks much, much better.
