Do ARAM only accounts piss you off?

These people that create accounts and purchase only the most OP ARAM champions like Sona, Xerath, Karma and etc. Literally drives me nuts when I'm trying to warm up or relax before/after a rift game and I have to play against a premade team of ARAM-only accounts. I don't see how it's fair that those of us with pretty high ARAM MMR have to play against these douchebags that abused the RNG system to win more games. It's like I have to dip to their level just to have enjoyable ARAM games anymore...
