I love cooking, but I don't always take the time to do it. Most of the time, I save it for the weekends and then cook something start to finish. Not long ago, I did a cheesy potato soup, starting with a turkey stock, pressure cooked that down, and then built up a lovely potato cheese soup, but it was a 14 hour process.
