I try and eat fairly healthy even though i'll sometimes go a few days of just eating crap food. I do walk a good amount and I do workout sometimes (Working on a working out schedule)

I also smoke cigarettes which are of course bad for you..but other than that i feel like I live a pretty healthy lifestyle.
I do lay around a lot and just watch movies and browse the internet sometimes too though. But than again some days are just me being outside hanging out with friends or working, so it changes a lot.

RE: Do i eat helathy Honestly, it's all about moderation, if you eat like shit all the time, then you're really screwing yourself. same if you're never active, but a lot of people live pretty inactive lives.
basically just eat good food and go for a run every so often and that's already way healthier than most people
