I try and eat fairly healthy even though i'll sometimes go a few days of just eating crap food. I do walk a good amount and I do workout sometimes (Working on a working out schedule)
I also smoke cigarettes which are of course bad for you..but other than that i feel like I live a pretty healthy lifestyle.
I do lay around a lot and just watch movies and browse the internet sometimes too though. But than again some days are just me being outside hanging out with friends or working, so it changes a lot.

Not just probably, it is. And I can tell from own experience.
And yeah that doesn't sounds like a solid healthy lifestyle.. There are a few things you can change in order to have a nicer lifestyle like getting up at 5AM, listening to podcasts, working out every morning, etc.
