Howdy.

In my opinion, wealth and happiness are very strongly bound in some circumstances.
I would definitely be happier earning a little more than I currently did, just like every other human being in the world, but what would it cost you?

I think that they correlate at first, but once you reach a certain level of wealth it pretty much flattens out. It may even go back down again once you get really rich

Totally agree with above.

In my opinion yes. If you live in the slums and get robbed everyday it would be less enjoyable then having a load of money and lots of toys to play with. I could get a super powerful PC and make some great content with friends and such. Buy a large property, buy some trash cars and have some derby fun..

I used to think they did, but as i grew older and wiser, i realized not everything in this world is about money. Ive seen and met some sad and miserable people in life with a lot of money, as well as me having to leave my home country in search of a better life and job. Then i realized that even though i was making more, i was sad and lonely in a place where not too many people understood my ways or where i come from

In my opinion once you earn a salary that is higher than the average (even 51%) of the place you live, then money can't be anymore blamed for unhappiness. Depends on the person, people who have little can still be happy, obviously on extreme levels like homeless people is very difficult to find someone happy.

Happiness is the state of pleasure or satisfaction produced by an action or the completion of an activity or goal. When the brain gets what it was looking for it releases dopamine. Technically, it is the climax of the brain. This event produces a chain reaction in the body that stimulates the production of other hormones that improve the activity of all the systems in the body. So, yes, happiness is tied to the wealthiness in some manner.
Maybe, that is the main reason for the slogan "The corner of happiness and wellness".

Depends how hard you have to/had to work for that wealth, if you worked a nice cushy job and earn 6 figures you will be a happy person, if you have to put in a massive amount of work, stress because of it, you will definetely not be as happy even if you earn twice the amount, winning the lotto is everyone's dream because you didn't have to work or stress to gain that money, and you will be happy with it since you can buy whatever you want.

Like others have said it really depends. More wealth can be a double edged sword. It can alleviate the stress of financial burden but causes you to worry about maintaining your wealth.

I agree 100%, being piss rich doesn't necessarily make you happy but having some extra money that you really need is definitely tied with happiness
