Do you drink Energizer or coffee?

Same I now stick with coffee as it is Delicious and helps you to stay awake if needed

I dont not drink any caffeine drinks at all. I used to when I was younger but stopped as I got headaches and they also never worked on me. I was always very active and full of energy which made it obvious I did not need it. But I would recommend Coffee if you are trying to stay awake as it is much healthier and tastes quite nice.

I drink Coffee most of the time. Around 1-2 cups a day. But for my coffee I usually add half a cup of almond milk, 1tbs of butter, and 1 tbs of MCT oil and blend it. It usually gives me enough energy for 6 hours.

Its better to drink tea at all. Since it is not as harmful as energy and coffee. Well, I also like coffee, sometimes I drink it. Rarely.

energy drinks but i can deal with coffee, i feel like coffee u can do too much to it to turn it into pure sugar
