Do you drink energy drink?

I drink 2 cans a day because it's delicious and healthy

I try not to drink any caffeine.

I do not like them and I do not take them, excessive caffeine consumption has been linked to cardiomyopathy, in which the heart muscle becomes weak and cannot pump blood to the rest of the body. On the other hand, these types of drinks increase blood pressure and can cause problems with heart rhythm.

These types of drinks are extremely dangerous for your health, I recommend you never drink them

I always have had these. Once/twice a week ain't done no harm, quite the opposite.

If coffee counts, then yes. If coffee doesn't count, then no. I tend to avoid them. I used to drink the sugar free monster in the white can every once in a long while.

I drink monster energy and thats it, sometimes hell energy

I don't drink those mainly cause of how they affect your blood sugar, I'd rather not just get a fucking SHOT of energy and rather just stay alert, really no point in drinking energy drinks when there IS better alternatives.
