Do you eat breakfast daily?

every day i eat breakfast with cereal and milk and then same for dinner

Sometimes, its depends of the day... sometimes i dont have enough time to eat breakfast... sometimes i eat dinner insteand of breakfast...

I was doing 16/8 IF for a while so I was skipping breakfast. Didn't bother me that much since I've never been a fan of eating first thing in the morning. Even if I wasn't doing IF, I've been out of school since March because of Covid-19 and my sleep schedule is fucked (I stay up til 3 AM and wake up at around 1 PM) so I end up missing breakfast anyways.

I don't eat it daily, but like every 2 days maybe? It's 100% not my biggest meal of the day tho. Usually it's the smallest of the meals i eat.

I brunch. Fasting is good for you and I'm never hungry in the mornings anyways.

Nah lately ive been eating two 1200 - 1500 calorie meals and i usally have my meals at 3pm and 8pm

Generally, if you consider waking up at 3pm and eating breakfast lol

Man this quarantine has completely killed my sleep schedule...

But in all seriousness, yeah I did and do my best to keep that up.

My biggest meal of the day is definitely not my breakfast. It's usually just a beef patty or two for breakfast lol.

No, I usually don't eat breakfast at all. I don't eat until around lunch, which is about 11-12 PM EST.

Breakfasts are the best things in the world. Especially doing breakfast at the nighttime.
