I used to hate it but I forced myself because I was losing weight and energy. Once you get used to it you will reap the benefits. It's really the most important meal of the day. Smile

Like 99% of the time I don't eat breakfast, unless like I'm really REALLY hungry.

The big thing about breakfast is, I know I'd need it because if I dont I can feel it after a few hours, but most of the time I just cant eat anything...

Yeah I have breakfast everyday but then again I wake up at like 11AM so It's kinda closer to lunch. Feelsbadman
