Do you eat breakfast daily?

yes, I couln't leave without it, fasting is not my thing

I never eat breakfast. I am a savage. Ive been told many times that it is not good, but hasnt affected me yet. I once tried and felt sick after eating it.

I usually skip breakfast but I should eat it everyday since I'm going to gym and its important to eat healthy atleast 3 times.
