Do you eat breakfast daily?

Hells no, ain't nobody got time for that!! I'm lucky if I hit one meal, I mostly just snack.

I generally don't. Especially not now since I'm fasting. But I'm going to treat myself on Sunday so that's that.

Yeah, but no regularly at least. But dinner etc i eat normally.

Not regularly, but a least I drink a coffee with a toasts or cookies. (I f*ing love cookies. My biggest guilty pleasure)

First thing I have in the morning is coffee & l-theanine. I usually don't eat anything until the afternoon.

If so, would you say it's the biggest meal of your day? I can't eat much in the morning sadly and I know it's the most important meal of the day.
