Do you eat breakfast?

no not usually i wake up and do what i gotta do then go back to sleep

I love breakfast foods, but I'm too lazy/tired in the mornings to cook. I just do coffee 99% of the time.

Sometimes, I find eating breakfast a waste of time because of the low nutrition it gives me, but it still fills me tosome extent .

I recently started eating breakfast, atleast nearly each morning and i don't know, i don't end up hungry so early.

guys eat breakfast it avoids you from overeating in the afternoon thus it can reduce being fat also
