When has eating Breakfast ever been bad for your health? I've heard that it isn't essential or as important as people thought it was before, but I've never heard it was unhealthy.

usually have a piece of fruit and a coffee for breakfast. nothing too much.

When im on a rush to wherever i'm going I eat a cliffbar, don't know if that counts as a full breakfast though.
