Given the number of tabs people openand how hungry chrome is these days a good amount of ram can make your life easier.

I focus on cpu, but it depends on what dou you want to do with your computer.

It should be both since they work each other, also include the type of drive you will be using.

Both of them, you can't have a I9 with 4 GB of RAM because you're just wasting performance.

I believe that should be the set and seek a balance because cpu without memory is worth it.

Even though ram is important i think cpu is what people should focus on more as it is used for pretty much everything as ram isnt really going to affects your fps in game that much ive only really seen it be useful in having alot of chrome tabs open
