RE: Do you going to the gym? 27-07-2020, 05:32 PM #58 I use to but I find it hard to stay motivated if I don't go with anyone. Im currently thinking about setting up a mini gym at home. Rowing Machine, Treadmill and Squat Rack kinda set up would be ideal

RE: Do you going to the gym? 29-07-2020, 04:21 PM #59 I went religiously for a year and felt great, but some career-related changes and a new relationship started to take up my time and i havent made the effort since. I feel weak, achy, and blobbish. I need to go back.
