Do you guys think Cyberpunk will be game of the year?

It has a lot riding on it - being from a popular and well-respected video game production company, however, a few strategically placed negative reviews could damage the brand, given there's been so much hype about it. Much of this hype has been drummed up by Keanu Reeves, and peoples love of the character and indeed his "brand" as per such won't extend to signing the game's praises if it's not what they expected having spent upwards of 50 dollars. It could very well be the game of the year, however, it's imperative fans don't set unnecessary expectations. The game as a whole will be facing criticism from; hardcore Cyberpunk genre fans as they may not feel the game is representative of said genre. Certain political and/or social parties may also voice their displeasure as they have done, namely about scenes involving gender controversy. In short, the game has a lot riding on it and very well could succeed big time, however, there are various adversaries who may attempt to hinder this

The its coming so hot and great game for gamer. I am eagerly waiting for the game. It will be so excited.

I'm really looking forward to it, i'm going to prepurchase it on steam when I have money, but I do indeed think that it will be the game of the year just because of how many people are waiting for it right now, hopefully the game will look as good as the trailer does.

It simply looks amazing - and the whole cyber + punk is the current meta

Cyber punk has a good chance but you also gotta take in borderlands 3 was good as fuck but its definitely a possibility.

I want it to be good, I have been wanting a game like that for some time. I just worry it won't live up to all the hype it has amassed

No I dont think it will be, because a lot of people don't have the PCs to run it and the people who do, will play for a while then go inactive

It will definitely be up there but there's some serious competition from the likes of the The Last of Us 2 and the FFVII Remake.
