Steam Workshop ---> Gmod Workshop ---> Map ----> Search: "rp_". It's the easiest way to find the nice map

I would check out RP_Unioncity - it just came out last month and it looks really good. It's a big map that has no lag issues at all.

You should try the newer downtown maps or evocity. Evocity is great if you need a bigger map for a bigger server.
