Do you have to be strategic to play LOL ?

Do you think that to play LOL you have to be really very strategic or you can play it like that for fun? and do you think someone can have fun without necessarily tryinghard or not? because it's hard what

in higher elos yes, but if you are iron~gold you can climb mecanically. Strat becames relevant when you get in some higher elos.
But your mental healt is the most important thing

Don't need strategise everything, but you need stay calm, pray atention on the map and have a good build for your champ
